Here, we will try to answer as many of the questions you may have about using Party Perfect. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please contact us.
HOW DOES COLLECTION AND SET-UP WORK?
All your equipment will be neatly packed in boxes ready for you to collect. Within your package, you will receive easy-to-follow instructions for setting up every item in your desired location. Should you encounter any problems with setting up, you can contact us with any questions.
HOW CAN I BE ASSSURED MY EQUIPMENT WORKS?
Between every hire, our equipment is tested and any problems are fixed before the next rental. If you encounter any problems whilst setting up, you can contact us (we can provide direct contact details upon collection).
WHAT IF I DAMAGE THE EQUIPMENT?
We kindly ask that you take care with our equipment, though we believe this goes without saying! Should any damage be caused due to carelessness, repair costs will be charged. To report any damage, contact us immediately.
HOW DOES THE DEPOSIT WORK? IS IT REFUNDABLE?
All hires will be subject to a refundable deposit of £100. Upon safe return of all the equipment, your deposit will be returned to you immediately. To repeat, your £100 deposit will be returned to you after your event, assuming there has been no damage or loss of equipment.
HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Payment (including your deposit) must be made in full either before or upon collection. Refer to the prices on the packages page for your price. We accept bank transfer or cash.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT A FULL PACKAGE?
Our aim is to make your party perfect. Therefore, if a package doesn't suit your vibe, we'll do everything we can to ensure it does. Contact us to customise a package and we will give you a quote.
WHAT FURTHER EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
For most of our equipment, you will require a source of electricity - we recommend using an extension cable if you do not have enough plug sockets. Obviously, you will need to ensure the extension cable is used for outdoor packages to provide electricity in your garden.
